Mind. Body. Soul. A complete transformation is more than just one’s appearance. It’s an inside job too. Inner peace is accomplished when you are truly happy with all aspects of your life. Your health, your mindset, your outlook on life and most importantly, self-love. My transformation started on the outside and eventually worked its way in. You are your own masterpiece. And the best part is that I am still learning. I hit my rock bottom before I made any changes. It shouldn’t be that way, but since I am SO DANG STUBBORN, that’s what it took for me. I was unhappy with how I looked, how I felt, having no direction and I was constantly complaining and being negative. No one wants to be around someone like that. I was even starting to not like me. My goal was to change into something I was proud of. I want to be proud of how I looked, what I felt and thought of myself and how I treated others. My ultimate goal in life is to be a light for myself and everyone I meet. Be so bright and happy that people craved my vibes. Inspire. Body. The physical part of my transformation was something I knew how to do, it was just a matter of me being consistent. Consistency is the key to achieve any long-term goal. You are either all in or all out; no in between. It’s like being pregnant, you either are or you’re not, there is no such thing as being kinda pregnant. Be so committed that the grey area doesn’t exist. Exercise regularly, fuel your body with only the best foods and recover when you need to. Push your body but also listen to it when you need to take it easy. The athlete in me is still learning what “off days” are. Longevity is the goal. Everyone is different and what my body thrives on may not be the same for you. I failed more than I succeeded but when I finally figured it out, I have never felt better! So, don’t give up. But here is a tip: when in doubt, eat REAL food. Stay away from cans, bags and pretty much anything with shelf life. Your body is a temple and your very biggest investment. Start to treat it like one! Mind. My goodness-the mind is so complex and so difficult to get control of sometimes. Here is the thing I am starting to learn, negative thoughts happen. We are human and I’d be lying if I said I never have doubts or bad thoughts. But it’s not about never having those thoughts, it’s about how long you let them stay there. How quickly can you change your mindset? Be better at shifting your perspective. The longer you let those thoughts live in your mind, the more it is going to affect your day, your week and so on. Don’t let it take away from your happiness and change you as a person. Be conscious of the things you are constantly feeding your mind. Be kind. Be gentle. Forgive yourself and others. Avoid judgement. And don’t forget that sometimes you gotta give yourself the pep talk: Like okay you're a boss ass b*tch, you’re doing great, love you! Whatever it takes. See your mind as a garden. Only plant things that are going to help you grow into the best version of yourself. Soul. Oh, the soul. What we truly need in life more than anything are things that fill our cup every day. What is that for you? A good book, a workout, a beach day, church, volunteer work? What kind of people are you surrounding yourself with consistently? Make sure they are the hard workers, the motivated, the go-getters, the ambitious, the hungry for life-er’s, the lovers, the game changers. Edit your life often. Do not be afraid to protect your energy and know when to give up the things/people that no longer serve you and keep you from reaching your highest potential. Are you that person for others? What I realized that made me feel complete was feeling and looking my best through working out and eating clean BUT even more so helping others get there too. I want to inspire as many people as I can to become the very best version of themselves. I want to be there with them through the struggle and at the very end when they can look back and say “I did that. I’m proud.” Let me be your biggest cheerleader and toughest critic. That’s what my soul craves more than anything. This #teamfitfamfitness brand is just the start of it all. It is my dream becoming reality. The most soulful thing I can ever do in this world is to leave it better then I found it. For you to truly give love away, you have to love yourself first. Get your body, mind and soul vibing at their highest frequency and then, you will see all that the universe has to offer you. Raise the standard for yourself and the universe will meet you there. This 100-Day program begins with the basics of meditation and the power of mindset, eating foods with intention, inspired movement, and living IN purpose- ON purpose- WITH purpose.
Each day of the challenge, you will be met LIVE or IN PERSON with a morning meditation and mantra to set the tone for the day, each corresponding with the focus chakra, chakra balancing tools and action steps, daily workout, meal plan, and a journal to track your journey.
The goal is to eliminate/integrate ONE habit/behavior each day to improve your quality of life; mentally, physically and spiritually...but you must be willing to give up who you are currently are for who you are meant to be.
