They say failing to plan is planning to fail, so use an hour or two today to prep your meals for the week!

When I am in a crunch or having a very busy day, when it’s time to eat, it’s usually when I’m past the point of Hangry! Grabbing something quick is my MO, but if I don’t have something prepared, I may eat something crappy!

As we start to have cooler days, the crockpot is my best friend! This week on our menu:

Crockpot Lasagna

Crockpot Chili

Taco Bowls

Grilled chicken for wraps or salads

and Homemade Pizza night!
