Fitfam Fitness is a full-service fitness-providing trainer. With online programming, livestreams and in-person training as a group or one-on-one, there is a fitness program that fits YOU! From Dance Fusion (Zumba), bootcamps or belly dancing, we bring the party, I mean “workout”-to you!
We aim to provide the highest health and fitness standards to our participants. Our skilled personal trainers provide expert guidance for individuals to achieve their personal goals, whether it is to reduce weight, gain muscle, lean out the body-or just a guideline to lead a healthy lifestyle. Whatever your intentions, you will definitely be leaving with sweat and a SMILE on your face! I incorporate the fun-factor into class and take the “work” OUT of the workout, leaving you coming back for more! Whether it is an office party, girls-night-out, special event or fundraiser, we have a package for you!
Personal Training/Group Fitness Classes
Exercising and working out should be a part of the daily routine. A healthy lifestyle increases productivity and decreases stress levels. When exercise is combined with a clear and focused mind, it helps to live better and proficiently. Finding time to exercise in today’s busy routines is quite difficult and we, at the Fitfam understand this very well.
Fitfam Fitness provides qualified personal trainers who travel to your venue (“Traveling Trainers”) and offer fun, professionally designed workout programs to lift the spirits of your group while getting them actively engaged in fitness! We offer flexible timings and tailor-made routines schedules for the ease of our clients. Our personal trainers can organize group sessions at your place or ours!
Our fitness instructors provide the following services:
Personal Training (30-60 min)
Personal training is available for individuals, companions and small groups. Our clients can choose from a variety of packages, which range from 30 min to 120 minutes. There are modifications for every exercise, so any fitness level is welcome!
Zumba/Dance Fusion (45-60 min)
Dance Fusion is an improvised lead-follow approach to dancing to any style of music that does not have a strictly defined dance aesthetic. Just as music adopts, adapts to, and blends with various influences and styles, fusion accomplishes the same in the form of dance. It is a triad of connection between your movement, your partner’s movement, and the music. Depending on the music and the dancers, fusion can mean creating a new dance style to unique music, or combining two or more established dance aesthetics into a single dance to reflect the sound of a song combining multiple influences. This 45- minute class is where Zumba meets Hip Hop! We will have fun shaking off the calories! All levels!!
Bootcamp (30-45 min)
45-minutes of Weightlifting/bands/bodyweight strength-training mixed with HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) A stimulating way to activate those muscles is through Strength Training. Designed to improve strength, coordination, and wellbeing, this class is guaranteed to take your fitness to the next level. Sign up today!
Kardio Kettlebell Kick: (30-45 min)
Kettlebells give pumping (swinging) iron a whole new meaning! this martial arts-inspired workout is a great way to boost your heart rate and burn major calories by Work up a sweat performing a series of
fast paced cardio and strength-training moves !
Belly Dancing (45-60 min)
When looking for new ways to stay fit, sometimes the best practice is to look to the past. The ancient and time-honored tradition of belly dancing has long been a uniquely held method of toning one's body as well as embracing an enchanting method of dance! This is a great way to combine your heart and body... and it is also a lot of fun.
Empower Hour Meditative Yoga (60 min)
Guided meditation journeying through the chakras using yoga poses, essential oils, crystals and powerful chanting to specific frequencies to help open and balance our energy centers.
Buti Yoga (30-45 min)
Sweat with intention! Buti is a movement methodology that incorporates dynamic yoga asana with primal movement, cardio-dance bursts & deep core conditioning.
Qualifications and Experience
Kathleen Finch is a personal trainer and group instructor with experience of more than 10 years in fitness and training. All training and fitness routines are effective and up-to-date. With a personalized training plan according to your needs, considering all your requirements and goals, Fitfam Fitness will help you change your life through a combination of diet, nutrition, and exercise.
